Announcing Our New Location!

A Child Becomes Preschool has a new home! Our school now resides in the Alki United Church of Christ building at 6115 SW Hinds St. Seattle, WA 98116.

We are excited to join this wonderful neighborhood, and bring a magical learning environment to the community.

Highlights of our new space include:

Four classrooms with lovely natural light coming in from large windows
Indoor large group space: Numberland, French, Music, parties, parent functions, etc.
Outdoor space: A secure fence surrounding the outdoor space. Playhouse, sandbox, driftwood forest and a magical setting underneath small tree shrubs with stumps and natural elements for make-believe play
Proximity to the beach! We plan to take regular walking outings to explore the beach and explore the nature that surrounds us.
